दिल्ली के निजी स्कूल के भीतर बहुत सारे सुरक्षा नियमों का उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है। जिस बाबत हम लोग एक जांच रिपोर्ट एमसीडी को सुपुर्द कर चुके हैं और एमसीडी से कई बार अनुरोध कर चुके हैं कि इन स्कूलों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाई की जाए। यह बड़े ही आश्चर्य की बात है कि एमसीडी ने आज तक इन सभी स्कूलों के खिलाफ कोई भी कार्यवाई नहीं की। यह बात आम आदमी पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कही। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्य रूप से दिल्ली के चार प्राइवेट स्कूलों, इंडियन स्कूल, एपीजे स्कूल, के.आर. मंगलम स्कूल तथा समर फील्ड स्कूल का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि इन चारों स्कूलों के संबंध में याचिका कमेटी की एक रिपोर्ट भी मंगलवार को दिल्ली विधानसभा में भी प्रस्तुत की गई।
पार्टी मुख्यालय में पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने बताया कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद भी दिल्ली के कई प्राइवेट स्कूल, अभिभावकों से अधिक फीस की मांग कर रहे हैं, बच्चों को और उनके अभिभावकों को प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं। बच्चों के माता-पिता जो तय फीस है उसका भुगतान करना चाह रहे हैं, स्कूल प्रशासन फीस लेने से इंकार कर रहा है। दूसरी बड़ी बात यह है कि स्कूल के भीतर बहुत सारे सुरक्षा नियमों का उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है, जिस बाबत हम लोग एक जांच रिपोर्ट एमसीडी को सुपुर्द कर चुके हैं और एमसीडी से कई बार अनुरोध कर चुके हैं कि इन स्कूलों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। यह बड़े ही आश्चर्य की बात है कि एमसीडी ने आज तक इन सभी स्कूलों के खिलाफ कोई भी कार्रवाई नहीं की। सौरभ भारद्वाज ने मुख्य रूप से दिल्ली के चार प्राइवेट स्कूलों, इंडियन स्कूल, एपीजे स्कूल, के.आर. मंगलम स्कूल तथा समर फील्ड स्कूल का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि इन चारों स्कूलों के संबंध में याचिका कमेटी की एक रिपोर्ट भी कल दिल्ली विधानसभा में भी प्रस्तुत की गई।
पत्रकार वार्ता में एक वीडियो दिखाते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने बताया कि जब याचिका कमिटी, दिल्ली चाइल्ड राइट्स प्रोटेक्शन कमिशन और दिल्ली डायरेक्टरेट ऑफ एज्युकेशन के अधिकारी हमारे साथ इंडियन स्कूल में पहुँचे, खुद स्कूल के बच्चों ने बताया कि स्कूल कि भीतर एक बेसमेंट बना हुआ है। काफी मेहनत मशक्कत और ढूंढने के बावजूद भी जब बेसमेंट नहीं मिला, तो हमने स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल से पूछा, प्रिंसिपल ने साफ तौर पर इंकार किया कि हमारे स्कूल में किसी भी प्रकार का बेसमेंट नहीं है। जब हमने प्रिंसिपल को आखरी चेतावनी दी तो प्रिंसिपल ने दबाव में आकर बेसमेंट में जाने का रास्ता बताया।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि यह बेहद ही चौंकाने वाली बात है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों को और सभी सुरक्षा नियमों को ताक पर रखकर इस स्कूल के भीतर एक बेसमेंट में 23 कमरे बने हुए थे, जिसमे नियमित रूप से छात्रों की कक्षाएं चलाई जा रही थी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह लगभग 1 साल पहले की गई कार्रवाई का वीडियो है। उन्होंने बताया कि हमने इस कार्रवाई की पूरी रिपोर्ट बनाकर भाजपा शासित नगर निगम को सौंप दी थी, और कई बार एमसीडी से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की गई। परंतु आज तक भाजपा शासित एमसीडी की ओर से किसी भी प्रकार की कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। इससे भी ज्यादा चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि पिछले 15 साल से फायर डिपार्टमेंट बिना जांच किए लगातार इस स्कूल को एनओसी प्रदान कर रहा है और एनओसी में लिखित है कि स्कूल में मातृ जमीनी तल, प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय तल हैं। यही नहीं भाजपा शासित नगर निगम ने भी इस स्कूल को एनओसी प्रदान की हुई है और नगर निगम की एनओसी में भी मात्र जमीनी तल, प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय तल का जिक्र है।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने यह भी बताया की बेसमेंट में किसी भी प्रकार की कोई सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के इंतजाम नहीं थे। वातानुकूल के लिए कोई खिड़की नहीं थी। बेसमेंट में सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगे हुए थे। जब हमने स्कूल प्रशासन से सीसीटीवी की फुटेज मांगी तो प्रशासन ने सभी सीसीटीवी फुटेज के साक्ष्यों को मिटा दिया। हमें किसी भी प्रकार की सीसीटीवी फुटेज नहीं दी।
प्याज की आसमान छू रही कीमत के लिए सिर्फ केंद्र सरकार जिम्मेदार – सौरभ भारद्वाज
देश में प्याज की बढ़ती कीमतों पर बात करते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि आज देश में जो प्याज की कीमतें आसमान छू रही हैं उसके पीछे केवल और केवल केंद्र सरकार जिम्मेदार है।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार का एक संस्थान नेफेड है। जिसकी जिम्मेदारी देश मे खाद्य पदार्थों की कालाबाज़ारी को रोकना है। नेफेड की जिम्मेदारी थी कि प्याज का भंडारण करके रखें और देशभर में कालाबाज़ारी रोके। साथ ही प्याज महंगा होने पर सस्ते दामों पर सभी राज्यों को प्याज उपलब्ध कराएं। जब सभी राज्यों में ₹25 किलो प्याज जनता को मिलना शुरू हो जाती तो कालाबाजारी अपने आप ही बंद हो जाती।
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि आज देश में जो 100 रुपए किलो से ज्यादा महंगी प्याज बिक रही है उसके पीछे केंद्र सरकार और कालाबाजारियों की मिलीभगत है। सौरभ भारद्वाज ने हाल ही में मीडिया के माध्यम से सामने आइ एक जानकारी, जिसमें नेफेड के गोदामों में लगभग 35000 टन प्याज खराब हो जाने की जानकारी सामने आई है, उसका हवाला देते हुए कहा कि यह जानबूझकर किया गया है, ताकि सभी राज्य सरकारों को प्याज उपलब्ध न हो और जो कालाबाजारी करने वाले लोग हैं, वह जनता को 100 रुपए किलो प्याज बेच सकें और अधिक से अधिक मुनाफा कमा सकें।
केंद्रीय मंत्री रामविलास पासवान से प्रश्न पूछते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि केंद्र बताएं कि क्यों केंद्र के गोदामों में प्याज को रखकर सड़ाया जा रहा है? क्यों जानबूझकर कालाबाजारी करने वालों को लाभ पहुंचाया जा रहा है? क्यों केंद्र सरकार राज्य सरकार को सब्सिडी पर प्याज उपलब्ध नहीं करवा रही है?

Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday slammed the BJP-run MCDs over not taking any action for one year after the Petition Committee of Delhi Legislative Assembly submitted the report of violation safety norms by four South Delhi private schools.
Addressing reporters at the party headquarters, Aam Aadmi Party’s Chief Spokesperson Mr Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “Many private schools of Delhi are violating the safety norms and the petition committee of the Delhi Assembly received reports of such violations in four private schools of South Delhi ( Indian School, APJ School, K.R. Mangalam school and Summer Fields School). We have submitted a report to the MCDs and asked them to take actions but nothing happened. Finally, I submitted the whole report to the Delhi Legislative Assembly yesterday on behalf of the petition committee.”
Showing a video in the press conference, Mr Bhardwaj said, “When the officers of the Petition Committee, DCPCR and Delhi Directorate of Education visited the Indian School, the children themselves told the team that there is a basement inside the school. But the principal denied such claims thereafter when the committee pursued the matter the principal disclosed the based which was hidden behind the wall.”
He further said that this school was violating the Supreme Court order and running 23 classrooms inside the basement without any ventilation and fire exits. ” We have submitted the whole report to the BJP-run MCD one year ago and asked for action but they did not do anything. It’s unfortunate that for the last 15 years the Fire Department has been continuously providing NOC to this school without investigation and it is written in the NOC that the school has no basement. The MCD has also given NOC only for the ground floor, first, second and third floor,” said Mr Bharadwaj.
He also slammed the school authority over deleting the CCTV footages of the basement when the team asked for the CCTV footage. “Despite the Supreme Court order, many private schools in Delhi are demanding higher fees from parents and if the parents are not paying the increased fees then they are getting harassed by the school authorities,” said Mr Bharadwaj.
Central government is solely responsible for the spike in onion price: Saurabh Bharadwaj
Talking about the rising prices of onions in the country, Mr Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the Central Government is solely responsible for the price hike of the onions.
Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “NAFED is Central govt-run organization, whose responsibility is to stop the black marketing of food items in the country. The responsibility of NAFED was to keep the stock of the onions so that when the black-marketers across the country start selling onions in Rs 100/kg, then the NAFED should have provided onions at a cheaper price (Rs 25/kg) to the common people but this did not happen and the black marketing of onions continued.”
He said that the Center and the black marketers share a relationship which has lead to the spike in the onion price. He also quoted a media report which stated that about 35000 tonnes of onions were wested by NAFED. “The Central government has intentionally done this to spike the price of the onion and to help the black marketers. The state governments failed to get onions at a cheaper price because the Center intentionally wasted this huge amount of onions,” said Mr Bharadwaj.
Asking questions to Union Minister Mr Ramvilas Paswan, Mr Bharadwaj said, ” Why the Central government is allowing onions to get wested at the Centre’s godowns? Why the Centre is knowingly helping black marketers and why the Center is not giving subsidised onions to the state governments?”
