मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज दिल्ली के नर्सिंग होम संचालकों को बड़ी राहत देते हुए उनके लाइसेंस नवीनीकरण को एक साल के लिए एक्सटेंशन देने का फैसला किया है। नर्सिंग होम एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों के साथ आज शाम हुई बैठक के बाद मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को यह आदेश पारित करने के निर्देश दिए। इस बैठक में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन भी मौजूद रहे। सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य विभाग को निर्देशित किया गया है कि ऐसा सिस्टम तैयार करें, जिससे नर्सिंग होम संचालकों को लाइसेंस का आॅटो एक्सटेंशन मिल जाए और उनको परेशान न होना पड़े। उल्लेखनीय है कि नर्सिंग होम संचालक कोरोना के लाॅकडाउन की वजह से लाइसेंस का नवीनीकरण नहीं करा पाए हैं और उनके लाइसेंस की वैधता 31 मार्च 2020 को खत्म हो गई है, लेकिन अब नए आदेश जारी होने के बाद उन्हें 31 मार्च 2021 तक एक्सटेंशन मिल जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सतेंद्र जैन ने आज शाम को दिल्ली के नर्सिंग होम मालिकों और दिल्ली मेडिकल काउंसिल के सदस्यों के साथ नर्सिंग होम के रिन्युअल संबंधित एक महत्वपूर्ण मुद््दे पर बैठक की। इस बैठक में नर्सिंग होम संचालकों ने बताया कि उन्हें हर साल नर्सिंग होम का रिन्युअल कराना पड़ता है। उनकी शिकायत थी कि कोरोना की वजह से मार्च महीने के बाद उनके नर्सिंग होम का रिन्युअल नहीं सका है और अब उन्हें अपना नर्सिंग होम खोलने में बड़ी दिक्कत आ रही है। नर्सिंग होम संचालकों की समस्या सुनने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को जल्द से जल्द एक आदेश पारित करने का निर्देश दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को एक आदेश जारी करने के लिए निर्देश दिया है, जिसके जारी होने के बाद दिल्ली के सभी नर्सिंग होम्स का रिन्युअल 31 मार्च 2021 तक वैध माना जाएगा। इसके बाद किसी को भी रिन्युअल कराने के लिए आवेदन करने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी और इससे नर्सिंग होम संचालकों को काफी राहत मिलेगी।

इस दौरान दिल्ली मेडिकल काउंसिल (डीएमसी) के प्रेसिडेंट डाॅक्टर अरुण गुप्ता ने मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल से मिलने के बाद उनका आभार जताया और कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने उनकी समस्या समझी और इस पर तुरंत आदेश दिए। इससे लोगों को बहुत राहत मिलेगी।

दिल्ली मेडिकल एसोसिएशन के पूर्व प्रेसिडेंट डाॅ. आरके गुप्ता ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने कोरोना के समय में काफी शानदार काम किया है और सभी प्राइवेट और सरकारी स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों का काफी सम्मान किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के साथ नर्सिंग होम संचालकों की हुई बैठक काफी सफल रही और मुख्यमंत्री ने नर्सिंग होम्स संचालकों को तत्काल राहत प्रदान करके इस कोरोना महामारी में बड़ी राहत प्रदान की है।

CM Arvind Kejriwal directs health department to pass orders to automatically renew nursing home licences till 31st March 2021

CM Arvind Kejriwal’s prompt action on resolving operational issues faced by nursing home owners

New Delhi:

In a significant development, Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday directed the health department to immediately pass an order by which the licences of all nursing homes will automatically be renewed till 31st March 2021. The nursing home owners of Delhi along with senior members of Delhi Medical Council (DMC) and Delhi Medical Association (DMA) on Wednesday met Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal, and flagged the renewal of licences as a very significant issue.

In that meeting, the owners of the nursing homes flagged the issue that every year there is a need to renew the licence to run these nursing homes. This year, due to the COVID pandemic some of the nursing homes could not renew their licence after the month of March which is creating issues in the operations of these nursing homes.

In this meeting, Delhi Health Minister Shri Satyendar Jain was also present and after listening to the issues of these people, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took the above decision.

President of Delhi Medical Council, Dr. Arun Gupta thanked the Chief Minister for understanding the problems of the nursing home owners and immediately directed the health department to take the necessary steps. He said, “This will provide immediate relief to the nursing home owners.”

Dr. RK Gupta, ex-president of Delhi Medical Association said, “The Delhi government has taken commendable measures during the time of Corona, and have honored the private and government hospital and health care workers. The meeting with the nursing home owners was successful. We are very happy with the decision of the CM.”
