भाजपा और कांग्रेस शासित राज्यों में बिजली वितरण व्यवस्था में काफी भ्रष्टाचार होने कि वजह से वहाँ बिजली कटौती होती है। दोनों ही राजनीतिक दल बिजली कंपनियों के साथ मिलकर भ्रष्टाचार कर रही हैं। दिल्ली मे अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की अगुआई में आम आदमी पार्टी की एक ईमानदार सरकार है। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की सकारात्मक नीतियों कि वजह से न सिर्फ बिजली विभाग मे भ्रष्टाचार खत्म हुआ है, बल्कि दिल्ली निवासियों को 24 घंटे बिजली देने का सपना भी पूरा हो गया है। भ्रष्टाचार की वजह से भाजपा और कांग्रेस शासित राज्यों में बिजली की क्षति दिल्ली की अपेक्षा कई गुना ज्यादा है। यह बात राज्यसभा सदस्य व आम आदमी पार्टी के दिल्ली प्रभारी संजय सिंह ने कहीं।
पहले दिल्ली में 6 से 8 घंटे का लगता था बिजली कट – संजय सिंह
पार्टी मुख्यालय में सोमवार को एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुये आप राज्यसभा सांसद संजय सिंह ने कहा कि अगर दिल्ली में आज विद्युत वितरण प्रणाली व्यवस्था इतनी बेहतर है तो उसके पीछे एकमात्र कारण है अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सकारात्मक नीतियाँ। दिल्ली में अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सरकार बनने से पहले विद्युत वितरण प्रणाली में बहुत सारी खामियां थी। पुरानी सरकारें, बिजली कंपनियों के साथ मिलकर भ्रष्टाचार करती थीं, कागजों में बिजली कंपनियों को घाटा होते हुए दिखाया जाता था, प्रतिवर्ष बिजली के दाम बढ़ाए जाते थे और दिल्ली में 6-6, 8-8 घंटों का बिजली कट लगाया जाता था।
अब दिल्ली में 24 घंटे बिजली व सबसे सस्ती बिजली उपलब्ध – संजय सिंह
संजय सिंह ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार ने बिजली कंपनियों के साथ सांठगांठ ना करके, उल्टा उन पर दबाव बनाया, जिसका परिणाम यह है कि आज दिल्ली में 24 घंटे सबसे सस्ते दामों पर बिजली जनता को उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की इस सकारात्मक नीति का एक सबसे बड़ा लाभ यह भी हुआ कि 24 घंटे बिजली मिलने के कारण आज दिल्ली में चलने वाले लाखों डीजल जनरेटर बंद हो गए हैं, जिसकी वजह से प्रदूषण को नियंत्रित करने में काफी मदद मिली है।

केंद्र सरकार की उदय (UDAY) योजना के आकड़ें सामने रखते हुए संजय सिंह ने कहा कि यदि दिल्ली में बिजली का लॉस 8% से कम पर लाया जा सकता है, तो भाजपा और कांग्रेस शासित प्रदेशों में यह 31% 34% और 23% क्यों है? क्यों नहीं यह लॉस कम हो रहा? इसके पीछे की एक बड़ी वजह प्रदेश सरकारों और बिजली कंपनियों की मिलीभगत से चल रहा भ्रष्टाचार है। इस भ्रष्टाचार के तहत कमाया गया पैसा नेताओं और बिजली कंपनियों की जेब में जाता है। बिजली आपूर्ति सही ढंग से ना होने के कारण राज्यों में कई प्रकार की समस्याएं उत्पन्न होती हैं। आज उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा और पंजाब राज्यों में बिजली की अधिकतम कटौती के कारण कल कारखाने बंद हो रहे हैं, लोग बेरोजगार हो रहे हैं, किसानों को सिंचाई के लिए पर्याप्त बिजली नहीं मिल पा रही है, खेती का नुकसान हो रहा है। आज भाजपा और कांग्रेस शासित राज्य नरकीय स्थिति में पहुंच गए हैं।
भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त शासन के कारण 24 घंटे बिजली का सपना हुआ साकार – राघव चड्ढा
पार्टी मुख्यालय में हुई एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए आप वरिष्ठ नेता राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि जब 2015 में दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनी, उस समय दिल्ली का विद्युत विभाग कई प्रकार के भ्रष्टाचार से ग्रसित था। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी की सकारात्मक नीतियों के परिणाम स्वरूप न केवल विद्युत विभाग में विधमान भ्रष्टाचारों को खात्मा हुआ, बल्कि एक विकासशील देश की सबसे बड़ी उपलब्धि, यानी 365 दिन 24 घंटे बिजली का सपना भी पूरा हुआ। विश्व के कई विकसित देश ऐसे है जहाँ आज भी 24 घंटे बिजली नही आती है। यह सब इसलिए संभव हो पाया क्योंकि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी एक पढ़े लिखे, समझदार और जनता के हित मे सोचने वाले मुख्यमंत्री हैं, जो कि चौबीस घंटे, सातों दिन जनता की सेवा में तत्पर रहते हैं।
पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए राघव ने बताया कि आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार आने के बाद दिल्ली विद्युत विभाग में जो ए.टी.सी. (AT&C) लॉस हुआ करते थे, जो कि बिजली के तारों के टूट जाने की वजह से, इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर खराब होने की वजह से या बिजली की चोरी की वजह से होते थे, अरविंद केजरीवाल जी के कार्यकाल के बाद मात्र 8 प्रतिशत रह गया है, जबकि भाजपा शासित उत्तर प्रदेश में यह लॉस 31%, कांग्रेस शासित पंजाब में यह लॉस 34% और भाजपा शासित हरियाणा में यह लॉस 23% है। इसके चलते बिजली कटौती का दर भी 87% दिल्ली में कम हुआ है।
दिल्ली के पड़ोसी शहरों में 6 से 8 घंटे तक कटती है बिजली – राघव चड्ढा
दिल्ली के नजदीकी शहरों में बिजली व्यवस्था पर बात करते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि दिल्ली के नजदीकी और सेटेलाइट शहर कहे जाने वाले नोएडा, गुरुग्राम, फरीदाबाद और गाज़ियाबाद जैसे शहरों में लगभग 6 से 8 घंटे तक प्रतिदिन बिजली का कट लगता है। अर्थात इन शहरों में दिन में लगभग 6 से 8 घंटे बिजली नही रहती। भाजपा शासित हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम शहर के संबंध में एक हैरान कर देने वाली बात का खुलासा करते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने बताया कि गुरुग्राम में लगभग 52 ऐसे सेक्टर हैं, जहां पर आज तक बिजली की लाइनें ही नहीं है। इन सभी सेक्टरों में जनरेटर के द्वारा जनता को बिजली मुहैया कराई जाती है। जबकि इसके विपरीत दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने पिछले 5 सालों में जनरेटर और इनवर्टर को इतिहास की काल कोठरी में बंद करके रख दिया।

The Aam Aadmi Party on Monday observed that the corrupt nexus between the power companies and the political parties is the main reason behind the poor power infrastructure and regular power cuts in the BJP & Congress-ruled states. The AAP also pointed out that the 24×7 hard work of the Delhi Chief Minister Mr Arvind Kejriwal has made Delhi a city which gets 24×7 uninterrupted power supply – which is at par with Western countries.
“Before Mr Arvind Kejriwal took over as the CM of Delhi, there used to be a corrupt nexus between the political leadership of Delhi and the power discoms. Intentionally, heavy losses in the transmission and distribution of electricity was shown in the documents to push for an increase in the rates power tariffs,” said senior AAP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Mr Sanjay Singh.

He also said that in the earlier regime Delhi used to witness 6-8 hours of regular power cuts and also regular increase in the price of power tariffs. “This scenario has been replaced with 24 hours regular supply of electricity only because of the strong will and determination of CM Mr Arvind Kejriwal and Power Minister Mr Satyender Jain. The relentless work done by Mr Kejriwal in the power sector has seen a completely stoppage in the use of highly polluting diesel generator sets and inverters,” said Mr Singh.

Citing data published on the UDAY scheme website of Central government, Mr Sanjay Singh attacked the BJP and Congress governments of Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh by pointing to the AT&C (Aggregate Techincal and Commercial) losses in the states accounting to 23%, 34% and 31%, respectively. “The financial burden of such losses are imposed on consumers by increasing the tariff rates. But in Delhi now people get 24×7 electricity in the cheapest rate,” said Mr Singh.

He also questioned the BJP and Congress governments on when will they fulfill the promise to provide 24-hours electricity to the respective states? He also said that due to corrupt nexus between the industries and the politicians have led to the poor power infrastructure. “Industries are shutting down, farmers are unable to irrigate their lands in these states due to power cuts are impacting the traders of the states. When the AAP government could do it in a small state such as Delhi, why can’t these states do the same?” asked Mr Singh.

Adding to his statements, AAP National Spokesperson Mr Raghav Chadha said, “When we came to power in 2015 with a historic majority then the power sector of Delhi was a mess due to corruption. After coming to power Delhi Chief Minister worked 247 to improve the power infrastructure of the city. Now Delhi is the only state which gets 247 uninterrupted power supply throughout the year and this was possible only because Chief Minister of Delhi, Mr Arvind Kejriwal is an educated, sensible and hard-working Chief Minister who is always ready to serve the people.”

He also said that after coming to power the AAP government has drastically brought down that AT&C (Aggregate Technical and commercial) losses to just 8%, while in BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh this loss is 31%, in Congress-ruled Punjab it is 34% and in BJP-ruled Haryana, it is 23%. The satellite cities like Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad get 6-8 hours of power cut every day. Most surprisingly 52 sectors of Gurugram are yet to get any electricity connection, therefore, for the residents of these areas, the diesel-run highly polluting DG sets are the only source of electricity. On the other hand, in Delhi due to the 24×7 electricity, there is a complete shutdown in the use of DG sets and inverters.
