पार्टी मुख्यालय में हुई एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए आप राज्यसभा सांसद संजय सिंह ने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी दिल्ली में नेता विहीन पार्टी तो थी ही, लगातार भाजपा की तरफ से आ रहे उल्टे सीधे बयानों से यह साबित हो गया है, कि भाजपा दिल्ली में मुद्दा विहीन पार्टी भी है।
संजय सिंह ने कहा कि दिल्ली में भाजपा के पास चुनाव लड़ने के लिए कोई मुद्दा नहीं है इसलिए उटपटांग मुद्दे लेकर भाजपा मीडिया के माध्यम से जनता में भ्रम फैलाने का काम कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बड़ा ही हास्यास्पद है कि वह भाजपा जिस के शासन वाले राज्यों में बिहार और यूपी के लोगों के साथ बर्बरता पूर्ण बर्ताव किया गया, कई बार बिहार और यूपी के लोगों को खदेड़ खदेड़ कर उन राज्यों से भगाया गया, यहां तक कि उनकी हत्याएं भी करवाई गई, वह भाजपा यूपी और बिहार के लोगों की चिंता कर रही है। महाराष्ट्र के अंदर यूपी बिहार के लोगों को पीट-पीटकर, खदेड़ खदेड़ कर बाहर निकाला गया, गुजरात के अंदर यूपी बिहार के लोगों के साथ बर्बरता पूर्ण व्यवहार किया गया, उन्हें मारा गया, पीटा गया और खदेड़ कर गुजरात से बाहर भगाया गया, इन घटनाओं पर कभी भी भाजपा के किसी भी नेता ने कोई विरोध नहीं जताया, कोई आलोचना नहीं की और आज भाजपा कहती है कि उन्हें यूपी और बिहार के लोगों की चिंता है। यह केवल और केवल ढोंग है दिखावा है।
भाजपा शासित राज्यों में यूपी और बिहार के लोगों के साथ हुई निंदनीय घटनाओं पर शर्मिंदगी जाहिर करने के बजाय भाजपा के लोग उस पार्टी पर उंगली उठा रहे हैं जिस पार्टी का प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पूर्वांचल से आता है, जिस पार्टी में 13 विधायक पूर्वांचल के हैं।
संजय सिंह ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने एक सीधा और सामान्य सा बयान दिया जिसको गलत तरीके से पेश किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री जी ने कहा था कि दिल्ली की चिकित्सा व्यवस्था इतनी अच्छी है कि बिहार से एवं देश के अन्य राज्यों से लोग यहां पर आते हैं और अपना इलाज करा कर जाते हैं। भाजपा आयुष्मान योजना का ढिंढोरा पीटते फिरती है, अगर आयुष्मान योजना इतनी बेहतर है तो फिर अन्य राज्यों के लोग दिल्ली में इलाज कराने के लिए मजबूर क्यों है? क्यों नहीं उन राज्यों में उनको बेहतर इलाज मिल पा रहा है? दिल्ली सरकार देश के किसी भी नागरिक से, किसी भी तरीके से, किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भेदभाव नहीं रखती। हमारी दिल्ली सरकार की एक्सीडेंटल पॉलिसी को पढ़ कर देखिए, उसमें साफ तौर पर लिखा है कि देश के किसी भी कोने के व्यक्ति का अगर सड़क पर कहीं कोई एक्सीडेंट होता है, तो दिल्ली सरकार उसके इलाज का सारा खर्चा उठाएगी, साथ ही साथ उस घायल व्यक्ति को अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले व्यक्ति को उसका खर्चा और साथ में इनाम भी देगी।
भाजपा शासित राज्यों में चिकित्सा व्यवस्था इतनी खराब है कि लोग दिल्ली में आकर अपना इलाज कराना पसंद करते हैं। उदाहरण देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि बीते वर्ष यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी के क्षेत्र गोरखपुर में सैकड़ों बच्चों की बेहतर इलाज ना मिलने के कारण मृत्यु हुई। मुजफ्फरनगर में सैकड़ों बच्चों की मृत्यु हुई और भाजपा के लोग दिल्ली के अच्छे और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य मॉडल जिसकी पूरी दुनिया में चर्चा हो रही है, उस पर प्रश्न उठा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी पूर्वांचल के लोगों के साथ पूरी मजबूती के साथ खड़ी है, चाहे वह दिल्ली में हजारों छठ घाट बनवाने की बात हो या छठ पूजा में छुट्टी का ऐलान करने की बात हो।
संजय सिंह ने कहा कि आज बिहार में बाढ़ की वजह से हालात इतने बदतर हो चुके हैं कि लोग अपने घरों को छोड़ छोड़ कर भाग रहे हैं। सैकड़ों मौतें हो चुकी हैं, लोग दाने-दाने को मोहताज हो गए हैं। भाजपा अपने राज्य में विफल शासन को छुपाने के लिए इस तरह के अनर्गल मुद्दे उठा रही है। भाजपा के पूर्व सांसद चिन्मयानंद स्वामी एक मासूम लड़की का बलात्कार करते हैं और भाजपा सरकार उल्टा उसी लड़की को झूठे मुकदमों में फंसा कर जेल में डाल देती है। आज रेप पीड़िता जेल में है और चिन्मयानंद स्वामी अस्पताल में मौज उड़ा रहे हैं। इस तरह के शर्मनाक मुद्दों को छुपाने के लिए भाजपा झूठे और बेबुनियाद मुद्दों को जनता के बीच लाने की कोशिश कर रही है।
प्रेस वार्ता में मौजूद पूर्वांचल से आने वाले आप विधायक संजीव झा ने कहा कि दिल्ली में सबसे अधिक पूर्वांचली मेरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र बुराड़ी में रहते हैं। कच्ची कॉलोनियों में रहने वाली लगभग 70% आबादी पूर्वांचल के लोगों की है। आज दिल्ली सरकार के द्वारा किए जा रहे कामों से अगर सबसे अधिक लाभ किसी को हो रहा है तो वह पूर्वांचलियों को हो रहा है। आज मेरी विधानसभा के लगभग हर क्षेत्र में पानी की पाइप लाइन द्वारा पीने का मीठा पानी पहुंचाया जा रहा है। दिल्ली की सभी कच्ची कॉलोनियों में दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा पाइप लाइन बिछाकर मीठा पानी पहुंचाया जा रहा है। सभी कच्ची कॉलोनियों में सड़क निर्माण का कार्य हुआ है, सीवर लाइनें डलवा दी गई है, मोहल्ला क्लीनिक बनवाए गए हैं। दिल्ली सरकार की इन सभी सुविधाओं का सबसे अधिक लाभ पूर्वांचल के लोगों को मिल रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि अगर मनोज तिवारी जी को पूर्वांचलियों का इतना ही दर्द है तो उन्हीं की पार्टी के सांसद रमेश बिधूड़ी ने इसी दिल्ली की सड़कों पर भाजपा पूर्वांचल मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष को दौड़ा-दौड़ा कर पीटा था। उस समय मनोज तिवारी जी के मुंह से कोई शब्द क्यों नहीं निकले थे? मनोज तिवारी जी से मीडिया के माध्यम से विनती करते हुए संजीव झा ने कहा कि पूर्वांचलियों की भलाई के लिए काम करें, ना कि इस तरह के ऊल जलूल मुद्दों को उठाकर दिल्ली और देश की जनता को भ्रमित करने का काम करें।
प्रेस वार्ता में मौजूद किराड़ी से आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक ऋतुराज झा ने कहा कि दिल्ली में अगर पूर्वांचलियों के सम्मान के लिए सही मायने में किसी ने काम किया है तो वह दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने किया है। दिल्ली की राजनीति में पूर्वांचलियों की बड़े स्तर पर भागीदारी अगर किसी ने सुनिश्चित की है, तो वह अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने की है। आज आम आदमी पार्टी के दर्जनभर से भी ज्यादा विधायक पूर्वांचल से आते हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी के दर्जनभर से भी ज्यादा निगम पार्षद पूर्वांचल से आते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आज दिल्ली में 1200 से भी अधिक छठ घाट दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा पूर्वांचल के लोगों के लिए संपूर्ण सुविधाओं के साथ बनवाए गए हैं ताकि पूर्वांचल से आने वाले लोग अपना सबसे बड़ा पर्व, छठ पर्व दिल्ली में पूरी शान के साथ मना सकें।

The Aam Aadmi Party of Delhi slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party over its comments against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the issues of Purvanchalis. The AAP alleged that because BJP has no issues in Delhi, therefore, they are coming up with such absurd issues. The statements came after the BJP alleged that Mr Kejriwal had said that Purvanchalis are coming to the national capital for cheap or free healthcare.
“In Delhi, the Bharatiya Janata Party is leaderless because all the three major leaders are fighting with each other to become Chief Ministerial face. BJP also has no issues in Delhi to fight for hence they come up with new absurd issues every day,” said AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Mr Sanjay Singh.
Singh added that It seems like a joke when a party like BJP, which has committed the killing and violence against the people of Bihar and UP in the BJP ruled states and always stayed silent about these issues suddenly started worrying about them today. “The party that makes people of UP-Bihar die in Surat-Ahmedabad in Maharashtra, Gujarat; makes millions of UP-Bihar people homeless by implementing NRC in Assam, by declaring them foreigners in their own country have suddenly became worried about Purvanchalis,” said Mr Singh.
He further added that now the BJP is raising questions against us on the issues of Purvanchalis. AAP’s state president is from Purvanchal, we have ministers who are from Purvannchal and we have 13 MLAs who are from Purvanchal. “Chief Minister Mr Arvind Kejriwal made a simple statement that the people from UP and Bihar come to Delhi for better treatment because the Delhi government has improved the health sector of the state,” said Mr Singh.
Mr Sanjay Singh asked, “What happened to the Ayushman Yojana of the Central government where the Center promised that people will get treatment in private hospitals?”
He said In Delhi, AAP-led govt has a policy for the road accident victims where the Delhi government pays the entire bill of the treatment. If the accident happens on the roads of Delhi then this scheme is applicable and the person can be from any state of India. “Delhi government’s health policies are being discussed everywhere in India. From the Mohallah Clinic to free medicine schemes and every project got national and international appreciation,” said Mr Singh.
He further added, “For the respect and self-respect of Purvanchalis Arvind Kejriwal-led government and AAP are working relentlessly. The Delhi government has set up more than 1000 Chhaat Ghats in the city, declared a holiday in the occasion of Chhaat Puja, developed education and health system for all, worked for the development of the unauthorised colonies where mostly people from Purvanchal live.”
Mr Singh explained that the AAP-led government has worked hard to empower the people of UP and Bihar who stay in Delhi. But, the BJP has not done that, they have tortured the people of Purvanchal and thrown them out from the states like Maharashtra, Gujarat and other states. When people of UP and Bihar were being tortured in Surat then Mr Manoj Tiwari never spoke against it.” When people of UP and Bihar have tortured in Ahmedabad then neither the PM nor the HM spoke a single word,” he said.
“We have seen that many infants died due to lack of treat and infrastructure in UP’s Gorakhpur which is the assembly constituency of the UP Chief Minister. Many infant deaths also took in place in Muzaffarpur of Bihar. BJP is bringing such absurd issues to divert the attention from the case of rape committed by BJP leader Chinmayanand or from the issue of the flood in UP and Bihar. The survivor who alleged the rape against Chinmayanand is in jail but the accused in staying in the hospital, this should be the real issue,” said Mr Singh.
Adding to his statements senior AAP leader and MLA Mr Sanjiv Jha said, “In the last five year all the works by the Delhi govt like mohalla clinics or education development everything has helped the Purvanchalis. Delhi govt has improved the water connectivity and also developed the unauthorised colonies where most of the residents are from Purvanchal.”
He also said that on the other hand, the MCDs have done nothing in the unauthorised colonies but imposed taxes on the poor people. If Mr Manoj Tiwari would have been empathetic towards these people then he must have stopped MCDs to take such steps.
“BJP has tortured its Purvanchali leader from South Delhi. If they are really worried about the Purvanchalis they should work for the real development and not raise such absurd issues against the Delhi government,” said Mr Jha.
Reiterating the work done by Kejriwal govt, AAP MLA Rituraj Govind said, “If anyone has worked for the Purvanchalis in Delhi then that is CM Arvind Kejriwal. Now the Purvanchalis of Delhi has access to better education, health and all other benefits but the BJP never stood beside any development work for the Purvanchalis.”
