दिल्ली में प्रदूषण बढ़ने पर सहयोग की बजाए जश्न मनाती है भाजपा – संजय सिंह

आम आदमी पार्टी के राज्यसभा सदस्य संजय सिंह ने कहा कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण का स्तर बढ़ने पर सहयोग की बजाए भाजपा नेता जश्न मनाते हैं। प्रदूषण बढ़ने पर जहां हर समुदाय व वर्ग के लोग इसे कम करने के प्रयास में जुटे हैं, वहीं भाजपा के लोग प्रदूषण बढ़ाने का काम कर रहे हैं। कोई कूड़े में आग लगाकर वीडियो बनाता है, कोई दीवाली पर पटाखा जलाकर फोटो खींचवाता है तो कोई आँड ईवन के विरोध में गाड़ी चलाता है। दरअसल, भाजपा के तीन नेताओं में मुख्यमंत्री उम्मीदवार बनने की होड़ है। इस होड़ में एक दूसरे से आगे निकलने के लिए वह जनता के स्वास्थ्य से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं। संजय सिंह पार्टी कार्यालय पर प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थें।
उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार जब-जब प्रदूषण को कम करने के लिए कोई कदम उठाती है, भाजपा के नेता खुलकर उसका विरोध करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जब मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली की जनता से बढ़ते प्रदूषण को नियंत्रित करने की अपील करी तो भाजपा के नेता कूड़ा जलाकर सोशल मीडिया पर उसका वीडियो और फोटो शेयर कर केजरीवाल जी का विरोध करते नजर आए। जब दिल्ली सरकार ने प्रदूषण को नियंत्रित करने के लिए दीपावली पर जनता से पटाखे ना जला कर दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा आयोजित लेजर शो में सामूहिक दीपावली मनाने की अपील की तो भाजपा के नेता पटाखे जलाकर उसका वीडियो और फोटो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल कर विरोध करते नजर आए। इसी प्रकार जब दिल्ली सरकार ने प्रदूषण को नियंत्रित करने के लिए दिल्ली में ऑड इवन स्कीम को लागू किया तो भाजपा के नेता विजय गोयल ने गलत नंबर की गाड़ी चलाकर और नियम का उल्लंघन करते हुए इसका विरोध किया।
संजय सिंह ने कहा कि जहां हर व्यक्ति प्रदूषण को खत्म करने के लिए अपने अपने स्तर पर प्रयास कर रहा है, वहां पर केंद्र सरकार व अन्य राज्य सरकारों की ओर से सहयोग का बहुत अधिक अभाव है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदूषण को लेकर दिल्ली सरकार ने कई बार केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्री को पत्र लिखकर इस मुद्दे पर महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाने की अपील की। परंतु केंद्र सरकार की ओर से किसी प्रकार का कोई सहयोग दिल्ली सरकार को नहीं मिला। संजय सिंह ने बताया कि केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्रालय ने तीन बार प्रदूषण के मुद्दे पर बैठक के आयोजन का ऐलान तो किया परंतु बैठक से पहले ही कभी फोन के माध्यम से तो कभी ईमेल के माध्यम से बैठक को स्थगित कर दिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा और कांग्रेस बढ़ते प्रदूषण को लेकर कितनी गंभीर है, इसका अंदाजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि हाल ही में केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रदूषण के मुद्दे पर रखी गई एक बैठक में केवल दिल्ली प्रदेश के पर्यावरण मंत्री पहुंचे, जबकि हरियाणा पंजाब, राजस्थान और उत्तर प्रदेश के पर्यावरण मंत्री बैठक से नदारद रहे।
संजय सिंह ने कहा कि भाजपा के नेता केवल अपनी राजनीति को साधने के लिए दिल्ली की जनता के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि भाजपा के नेताओं में आपस में ही मुख्यमंत्री पद के लिए होड़ लगी हुई है और इसी पद के लालच में वह दिल्ली की जनता के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने से भी नहीं चूक रहे। उन्होंने मीडिया के माध्यम से सीएम उम्मीदवार की दौड़ में शामिल भाजपा के 3 नेता से अपील की है कि अपने राजनीतिक लाभ को साधने के लिए कृपया दिल्ली की जनता के साथ खिलवाड़ ना करें। दिल्ली सरकार प्रदूषण को खत्म करने के लिए जो कदम उठा रही है उस में सहयोग करें। जिससे दिल्ली के प्रदूषण को कम किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता आँड ईवन की समयसीमा बढ़ाने की मांग कर रही है, जबकि भाजपा नेता इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं। जबकि, कई बुद्धिजीवी, पत्रकार, प्रतिष्ठित होग आँड ईवन का समर्थन कर चुके हैं और इसे प्रदूषण रोकने में एक कारगर कदम बता चुके हैं।

The Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party for violating the pollution control norms in Delhi. “When pollution increases in Delhi the BJP celebrates and their slogan is “Pradushan Badao” (increase the pollution). It’s unfortunate that when the AAP Government arranged a four day laser show to encourage people not to burn crackers this Diwali then the BJP encouraged people to burn crackers in Diwali.
When AAP govt brought odd-even then BJP leaders drove cars violating the norms and also the BJP leaders burnt garbages thereafter shared videos of burning violating the pollution control norms of the AAP Government,” said Rajya Sabha MP and senior AAP leader Mr Sanjay Singh.
He stated that when on the one hand, the AAP Government has brought down the pollution level of Delhi 25%, on the other hand, Union Environment Minister Mr Prakash Javadekar has cancelled three meetings with the North Indian state governments on the issue of pollution. “This shows the reluctance of the central government. While the Delhi government is so serious about the pollution situation of Delhi that they are considering extension of the odd-even scheme as requested by many people, there is an absence of will power from the side of central government to implement the directions given by the Supreme Court regarding stubble burning in the states of Punjab and Haryana,” said Mr Singh.
He said, “ This time the most important part is to come above the partisan politics and work for the people by combating the air pollution. Delhi CM Mr Arvind Kejriwal has appealed to all the opposition parties not to politicise the situation but on the ground from the side of BJP, there is no cooperation on such an important issue. The CM has also written to the Central government describing the emergency and entire North India however there is no positive response from the Centre to curb the stubble burning and to combat the pollution.”
Mr Singh slammed the Delhi BJP leaders for putting out different statements on pollution by different leaders. “We all know that the Delhi BJP has three different faces and all three of them wants to become the chief minister of Delhi. But it is unfortunate that to become a credible chief minister face the leaders of Delhi BJP are playing with the health of the residents of Delhi. They are violating the norms and also encouraging the people to violate the norms of combating pollution,” said Mr Singh.
He added that the Aam Aadmi Party would like to request Mr Javadekar to hold a meeting with all the neighbouring states. “ On behalf of the Aam Aadmi Party, I would like to request Mr Javadekar to hold a meeting with all the state governments of North India to discuss the situation of pollution and to bring out a solution of this situation. It is unfortunate when the last time such meetings were called none of the environment ministers from the neighbouring states were present in that meeting. I can promise that our Government will fully cooperate in and be present at the meeting.”
