भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दिल्ली का चुनाव प्रभावित करने के लिए सीएए व एनआरसी के खिलाफ शाहीनबाग में धरना कराया था। भाजपा ने पूरा चुनाव शाहीनबाग पर ही लड़ा और पहले सर्वे में जो 18 प्रतिशत वोट मिलना था, जो बढ़ कर 38 प्रतिशत हो गया। जिस शाहीन बाग के बारे में कहा गया कि लोगों ने देश विरोधी, देश के टुकड़े-टुकड़े करने व पाकिस्तान समर्थित आदि के नारे लगाए, उन्हें कल खुद भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदेश गुप्ता ने पार्टी में शामिल कराया। दिल्ली पुलिस एक दिन से ज्यादा किसी धरने को नहीं टिकने देती है, लेकिन शाहीनबाग का धरना 101 दिनों तक चलने दिया और लाखों लोग परेशान हुए। भाजपा ने शाहीनबाग पर चुनाव लड़ने के लिए स्क्रीप्ट तैयार की थी कि कब, किसे और क्या बोलना है? गृहमंत्री अमित शाह बताते थे, लेकिन हमें समझ नहीं आता था कि ‘कमल’ निशान का तार शाहीनबाग से जुड़ा हुआ था। चुनाव के बाद भी नफरत इतनी बधाई गई कि दिल्ली में दंगे हुए, जिसमें 53 लोगों की मौत हुई और हजारों करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति बर्बाद हुई। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरष्ठि नेता और विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज ने यह बातें पार्टी मुख्यालय में आयोजित एक प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान कही।
आम आदमी पार्टी के वरष्ठि नेता और विधायक सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि पहले दिल्ली का चुनाव बिजली के मुद्दे पर लड़ा जाता था, पानी के मुद्दे पर लड़ा जाता था, सड़क के मुद्दे पर लड़ा जाता था, प्रदूषण के मुद्दे पर लड़ा जाता था, परंतु इस बार जो दिल्ली का चुनाव भाजपा ने लड़ा वह इन मुद्दों पर नहीं बल्कि शाहीन बाग के मुद्दे पर लड़ा। भाजपा की चुनाव लड़ने की जो रणनीति होती है, वह कोई ऐसा नहीं कि प्रवेश वर्मा नाम का कोई व्यक्ति अपनी मर्जी से ऐसी रणनीति बना ले या कोई अनुराग ठाकुर उसका फैसला कर लेगा। बकायदा उच्च स्तर के नेताओं द्वारा बैठकर रणनीति तैयार की जाती है कि इस चुनाव में रणनीति क्या रहेगी ? इसकी कपट नीति क्या रहेगी? यह बाकायदा तय किया गया था कि दिल्ली का चुनाव भाजपा शाहीन बाग के मुद्दे पर ही लड़ेगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव के तहत पूरी रणनीति तैयार की गई थी कि कौन किस को गाली देगा, कौन किस से बदतमीजी करेगा, कौन कब क्या बोलेगा? पहले कौन बोलेगा और उसके बाद कौन बोलेगा? भाजपा की इसी सुनियोजित रणनीति के कुछ पहलुओं को मीडिया के सामने रखते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा की 28 जनवरी को भाजपा नेता प्रवेश वर्मा ने कहा कि जैसे कश्मीर के अंदर पअत्याचार हुआ उनकी मां-बहनों का बलात्कार किया जा रहा है, वही लोग अब दिल्ली में आपकी मां -बहनों का बलात्कार करेंगे।
उसके बाद 2 फरवरी को कपिल नाम का लड़का शाहीन बाग में गोली चलाता है और दंगा भड़काने की कोशिश करता है। 4 फरवरी को भाजपा के केंद्रीय मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर कहते हैं देश के गद्दारों को, गोली मारो सालों को, और यही नहीं खुद भाजपा के बड़े नेता और देश के गृहमंत्री अमित शाह जी एवं भाजपा के उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी लगातार शाहीन बाग के नाम पर दिल्ली में जगह-जगह वोट मांगते रहे। अमित शाह जी अपने बयान में कहते हैं कि जब आप यहां मशीन में कमल का बटन दबाएंगे, तो बटन यहां दबे का और करंट शाहीन बाग में लगेगा। सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि उस वक्त समझ नहीं आता था कि कमल के बटन से शाहीन बाग का क्या कनेक्शन है? परंतु अब जाकर समझ आ रहा है कि भाजपा और शाहीन बाग के तार जुड़े हुए थे।अब ये साफ हो गया है, की कनेक्शन जुड़ा हुए है।
भाजपा के समर्थकों को और देश की जनता को यह ज़रूर पता चलना चाहिए कि कैसे एक राजनीतिक दल, एक सोची-समझी रणनीति के तहत अपने ही कार्यकर्ताओं को मोहरे की तरह इस्तेमाल करता है। इस पूरे प्रकरण में सबसे बड़ा झटका शायद उन लोगों को लगेगा, जो इस प्रदर्शन में यह सोचकर शामिल हुए थे कि हम डेमोक्रेसी को बचाने के लिए प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं, परंतु उनको नहीं मालूम था कि यह पूरा का पूरा चक्रव्यू भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा रचा गया है। इस पूरे प्रोटेस्ट की डोर भारतीय जनता पार्टी के हाथ में है।
उन्होंने कहा की उन सभी लोगों को यह जानकर बेहद दुख होगा कि शाहीन बाग स्थल पर जो मुख्य संयोजक थे, जिन्हें भारतीय जनता पार्टी गद्दार कह रही थी, देशद्रोही कह रही थी, उन्हीं में से कुछ लोगों को भाजपा के वर्तमान दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष आदेश गुप्ता और भाजपा के एक अन्य बड़े नेता श्याम जाजू ने बाकायदा प्रेस वार्ता का आयोजन करके भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सदस्यता दिलाई है। प्रश्न यह उठता है कि क्या भारत विरोधी नारे लगाने वाले लोग, अब भाजपा में शामिल होंगे? या फिर वह भाजपा के ही लोग थे और सिर्फ दिल्ली के चुनाव को खराब करने के लिए वह भाजपा के इशारे पर शाहीन बाग में बैठे हुए थे? क्या वह लोग जिनके लिए भाजपा सांसद प्रवेश वर्मा कहते थे कि यह लोग अब दिल्ली में हमारे घरों में घुसकर हमारी बहन -बेटियों का बलात्कार करेंगे, क्या ऐसे लोग अब भाजपा में शामिल हो गए ?
सौरभ भारद्वाज ने कहा कि हमने शाहीन बाग के प्रोटेस्ट को बहुत नजदीकी से देखा है और अक्सर इस बात की शिकायत मिलती थी कि यहां पर अनजान लोग आकर दंगा भड़काने की कोशिश करते हैं। पुलिस जांच नहीं की गई की है अनजान लोग कौन थे।
उन्होंने कहा कि मैं भाजपा समर्थकों को आज यह बताना चाहता हूं कि जिन लोगों को आप पानी पी पीकर गालियां देते थे, कोसते थे और जिनसे अपनी मां -बहनों की सुरक्षा करने की बात करते थे, वह भाजपा के ही लोग थे। जो आज खुल्लम-खुल्ला भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के माध्यम से भारतीय जनता पार्टी में शामिल हो चुके हैं।
दिल्ली के चुनाव से पहले शाहीन बाग के प्रोटेस्ट को भाजपा ने इस प्रकार से प्रदर्शित किया जैसे कि है पूरे देश के खिलाफ प्रोटेस्ट हो रहा है। भाजपा ने इस तरह का माहौल बनाया कि यदि भाजपा नहीं जीती तो इस प्रकार के प्रदर्शन पूरे देश के कोने-कोने में होंगे। यदि भाजपा जीतेगी तभी यह शाहीन बाग का प्रोटेस्ट खत्म हो सकेगा। भाजपा के प्रायोजित लोग जो वहां प्रदर्शन में मौजूद थे, वह बार-बार कहते थे कि जब तक यह CAA का कानून वापस नहीं लिया जाएगा, हम शाहीन बाग से नहीं उठेंगे। दिल्ली के चुनाव हुए और मात्र ऐसी जगहों पर जहां भाजपा ने हिंदू और मुसलमानों के बीच में नफरत भरी जैसे कि नॉर्थ ईस्ट दिल्ली का इलाका, सिर्फ वहां भाजपा की 4 सीटें आई। भाजपा के लोग खुद इस बात को मानते हैं कि दिल्ली में भाजपा को मात्र 18 प्रतिशत वोट उनके खुद के सर्वे के मुताबिक मिल रहा था, परंतु जब शाहीन बाग का पूरा प्रकरण भाजपा ने करवाया, तो उनका वोट प्रतिशत अट्ठारह से बढ़कर 38 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच सका। उन्होंने कहा कि इतने सबके बावजूद भी जब भाजपा चुनाव नहीं जीती, तो शाहीन बाग प्रदर्शन को दिखा कर भाजपा ने हो नफरत फैलाई, उसी के कारण दिल्ली में दंगे हुए जिसमें लगभग 53 लोगों की मृत्यु हुई और करोड़ों रुपए की संपत्ति का नुकसान हुआ। जब तक भारतीय जनता पार्टी को शाहीन बाग प्रोटेस्ट का लाभ मिला तब तक यह प्रोटेस्ट चलता रहा और जब भारतीय जनता पार्टी चुनाव हार गई तो 24 मार्च को खुद-ब-खुद यह प्रदर्शन खत्म हो गया।
11 दिसंबर 2019 को देश की संसद में सीएए बिल पास किया गया। 14 दिसंबर को 6 लेन का दिल्ली नोएडा एक्सप्रेसवे, जिसे कोई सामान्य व्यक्ति पार नहीं कर सकता, उस 6 लेन के एक्सप्रेस-वे को मात्र 10 महिलाओं ने मिलकर जाम कर दिया और जाम भी ऐसा कर दिया कि 101 दिनों तक दिल्ली नोएडा एक्सप्रेसवे की आवाजाही बंद रहे। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने मात्र एक सड़क बंद की थी, मगर भाजपा शासित दिल्ली पुलिस ने आसपास की तमाम रोड जो दिल्ली -नोएडा को जोड़ते थे, बैरिकेड लगाकर बंद कर दिया। दिल्ली शहर में खूब प्रोटेस्ट होते हैं, डॉक्टर प्रदर्शन करते हैं,किसान प्रदर्शन करते हैं, विकलांग अपने अधिकारों के लिए प्रदर्शन करते हैं, तमाम तरह के प्रदर्शन दिल्ली में होते हैं, परंतु कभी ऐसा नहीं हुआ कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने कोई भी प्रदर्शन 1 दिन से ज्यादा सड़क पर होने दिया हो। परंतु यह प्रोटेस्ट 3 महीने से अधिक अवधि तक चलता रहा। यह कोई ऐसा प्रोटेस्ट भी नहीं था, जिसमें कुछ लोग आए और जमकर बैठ गए। इस प्रोटेस्ट में बाकायदा लोग आते थे, दिनभर बैठते थे, शाम को अपने घर चले जाते थे खाना खाते थे, अगले दिन फिर आकर बैठ जाया करते थे। कुछ लोगों की रात में शिफ्ट लगाई जाती थी। यदि आज हम लोग जंतर-मंतर पर प्रोटेस्ट का आह्वान कर दें, तो दिल्ली पुलिस जंतर-मंतर जाने वाले तमाम रास्तों को बंद कर देगी। आसपास के सभी मेट्रो स्टेशन बंद करवा देगी, परंतु शाहीन बाग का यह प्रोटेस्ट 3 महीने तक चलता रहा, लोग आते जाते रहे, परंतु दिल्ली पुलिस ने किसी को नहीं रोका। हम लगातार इस बात को कहते रहे कि दिल्ली पुलिस जिस दिन चाहेगी, यह प्रोटेस्ट खत्म हो जाएगा, परंतु इस प्रोटेस्ट को रोकने में दिल्ली पुलिस की कोई रूचि नहीं थी। लगभग एक लाख वाहन रोजाना परेशान होते थे। सोशल मीडिया पर लगातार लोग अपनी परेशानियों का जिक्र करते रहते थे। हाई कोर्ट में भी तुरंत प्रभाव से आदेश दिया कि शाहीन बाग के प्रोटेस्ट पर पुलिस पुलिस कार्यवाही करे, ये उसके अन्तर्गत आता है, परंतु केंद्र की ने कोई कदम नहीं उठाए।
एक उदाहरण देते हुए सौरभ भारद्वाज जी ने कहा जैसे यदि किसी की हत्या हो जाती है, तो पुलिस जांच करने में सबसे पहले इस बात पर गौर करती है कि उस हत्या से सबसे अधिक लाभ किसको हो सकता है। जांच की प्रक्रिया पुलिस उस व्यक्ति से शुरू करती है। अब प्रश्न यह उठता है की शाहीन बाग के पूरे मामले से सबसे ज्यादा लाभ किसे पहुंचा। क्या शाहीन बाग के प्रदर्शन का लाभ कांग्रेस को हुआ, समाजवादी पार्टी को हुआ, टीडीपी को हुआ, आम आदमी पार्टी को हुआ या भाजपा को हुआ? हम सभी जानते हैं कि शाहीन बाग का सबसे ज्यादा लाभ किस पार्टी को हुआ और किस पार्टी ने इसका लाभ लेने की कोशिश की।
मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से यह कहा जाता था कि वहां पर लोग देश विरोधी नारे लगा रहे हैं। भारत के टुकड़े करने के नारे लगा रहे हैं। पाकिस्तान जिंदाबाद के नारे लगा रहे हैं। यदि ऐसे नारे लगाए जा रहे थे, तो दिल्ली पुलिस क्या कर रही थी। उन देश विरोधी नारे लगाने वालों को पकड़ा क्यों नहीं गया? कहा जाता था कि वहां पैसे बांटे जाते हैं। यदि यह बात सत्य है, तो दिल्ली की पुलिस क्या कर रही थी केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार क्या कर रही थी?

Aam Aadmi Party Chief spokesperson Mr Saurabh Bharadwaj on Monday launched a massive attack against the Bharatiya Janata Party after some key organisers of the Shaheen Bagh protest joined the BJP yesterday. He said that the whole Shaheen Bagh protest was scripted by the Bharatiya Janata Party. He further said that the topmost leadership of the Bharatiya Janata party scripted each and every step of the Shaheen Bagh protest. They decided who will speak what, who will attack whom and who is going to do the counter-attack. Mr Bharadwaj pointed out that all these things were preplanned and well scripted. He also said that in Delhi, BJP vote percentage rose from 18% to 38% due to Shaheen Bagh; due to this protest, BJP polarised north-east Delhi, won some seats and engineered a riot. Mr Bharadwaj said that people who raised anti-national slogans or pro-Pakistan slogans or talked about dividing India are now part of the BJP.

“Today we will not discuss any political blame game here. But we need to remember that if we lose ourselves amid the political talks then we will not be able to find out the truth. But if we look at the previous days, read the earlier newspapers and think about what happened 2-3 months back then we will be able to understand the reality of the recent political situation. Everyone who is listening to this press conference and also if you are a BJP supporter, then I will request everyone to share the clippings of this press conference with each other through social media like WhatsApp and others. The reason behind is that by this process the people will understand how a political party of India is betraying their own people. On 11th December 2019 Indian Parliament passed the CAA bill and on December 14, a group of 10 women blocked a portion of the Delhi Noida Highway. Following this, the Delhi police blocked the connected roads around the protest area. The protest was technically happening at the GD Birla Road but the Delhi police closed all the surrounding roads and the situation persisted for 101 days. Delhi is the capital of India and here many protests take place throughout the year. Protests By students, teachers, farmers, protests for disability rights, political protests and many other such protests happen across Delhi. But the Delhi police does not allow such protest to happen for more than 3 hours but this particular protest happened for 101 days,” said Mr Bharadwaj.

He said, “People used to come and sit for protest maintaining a proper schedule. At the morning some people used to come then they used to go back home. Eat food take rest and then again return in the evening. Today if we want to do a protest at Jantar Mantar then the Delhi police will close all the roads around Jantar Mantar and the shut down the nearby metro stations but this is not what happened in this case. From the very first day, the Aam Aadmi Party is saying that if the Delhi police wanted to stop this protest then they could have done it immediately. But the Delhi police wanted this protest to go on. If any crime takes place the first thing the investigators try to understand, is the motive behind that crime. Which means the investigators tried to find out the people who were benefited from the incident. Today I want to request everyone to think who was the actual beneficiary of the Shaheen Bagh protest. We need to understand that which political party got benefited from the Shaheen Bagh protest. Was it Congress, SP, TDP, AAP or the Bharatiya Janata Party who got benefitted from this protest?

“The Delhi assembly election could have been fought on the wokd done in the field of education, health, environment or other developmental issues. But the Delhi BJP chose to fight the election on the issue of Shaheen Bagh. We should not think that Mr Parvesh Verma or Mr Anurag Thakur created this strategy. But the reality is, such a strategy was planned at the topmost level. The whole Shaheen Bagh protest was scripted by the Bharatiya Janata Party. The topmost leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party scripted each and every step of the Shaheen Bagh protest. They decided who will speak what, who will attack whom and then who will be doing the counter-attack. All these things were preplanned and well-scripted,” said Mr Bharadwaj.
The BJP’s poll campaign was completely based on Shaheen Bagh, all the top leaders repeatedly targeted Shaheen Bagh during their speeches: Saurabh Bharadwaj
“For example, on January 28 BJP leader and MP, Mr Parvesh Verma said that the way Kashmiree women are being raped, the same people in Delhi will do the same thing. On February 2 a boy named Kapil fired at the Shaheen Bagh area. On 04 February, Minister Mr Anurag Thakur said “desh ke gaddaro ko goli maro salo ko”. Then Home Minister Mr Amit Shah and UP CM Mr Yogi Adityanath also repeatedly targeted the Shaheen Bagh protest. Mr Shah said that when you press the Lotus button (of EVM) on February 8, do so with such anger that its current (poll result) is felt at Shaheen Bagh. I as Engineer did not really understood the wired connection between Lotus Button & Shaheen Bagh. Now , we know there was a connection.

“With time many people moved the Supreme Court and High Court. The High Court noted that it is a completely law and order issue. The police used to say that the protesters there are raising anti-national slogans, they are talking about dividing India, they are raising slogans of Pakistan Zindabad and also the police alleged that the people are distributing money. But despite all these allegations, the police did not do anything they just remained a silent spectator of these violations. I do agree that there were many pro-democratic people who joined this protest. Many people joined this protest with the hope that this protest is pro-democracy. But they also did not understand that this Shaheen Bagh protest is just a brainchild and a script of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Yesterday Delhi BJP Chief Mr Adesh Gupta and senior leader Shyam Jaju held a press conference and admitted these things,” said Mr Saurabh Bharadwaj.

“Yesterday the key people behind the Shaheen Bagh protest joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in presence of the senior leadership. Today the question is that does the BJP wants to give a message that the people who used to raise anti-national slogans will now be part of the Bharatiya Janata party? The question is about whom Mr Pravesh Verma said that they will enter The houses of people in and rape the women will they be part of BJP? The Aam Aadmi Party has monitored the Shaheen Bagh protest very closely. We have noted that suddenly some strange people came there and raise anti-national slogans, talked about dividing India, try to create a riot like situation or has ask everyone to block more roads. The Delhi police did not took any action against these people. I want to tell the BJP supporters of Delhi that the people against whom you guys protested or opposed they were the people of Bharatiya Janata Party itself,” he said.

“Showing a video clip Mr Bharadwaj said, “ Before the Delhi election there was a sense that if the government does not take back the CAA, then more Shaheen Bagh like protest will take place across India. Delhi election took place and the BJP got defeated. The BJP only won some seat of the North East Delhi because in those areas they could polarise the people in the name of religion. By this issue of Shaheen Bagh, the vote share of BJP increased from 18% to 38%. Due to this Shaheen Bagh, the BJP created a massive right at the North East Delhi where 53 people lost their lives. When everything was done now the BJP has asked these people to join their party again,” said Mr Bharadwaj.
