प्रदेश संयोजक गोपाल राय के नेतृत्त्व में आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा की जा रही जन संवाद यात्रा उत्तर पश्चमी और पश्चिमी दिल्ली लोकसभा क्षेत्र के बाद आज से दक्षिणी दिल्ली लोकसभा क्षेत्र की विधान सभाओं का रुख कर रही है। दक्षिणी दिल्ली लोकसभा क्षेत्र में जनसंवाद की शरुआत आज पालम विधानसभा से हुई।जिसमें विधायिका भावना गौड़ समेत सैकड़ो की तदाद में पालम विधानसभा के निवासियों ने हिस्सा लिया। आज की जनसंवाद दिल्ली सरकार की लोकप्रिय योजना डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी पर केंद्रित रही
डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की शुरुआत पिछले साल दस सितम्बर को हुई थी। जिसके तहत दिल्ली के लोगों को सरकारी दफ्तरों से बनाये जाने वाले तमाम तरह के कागजातों को घर बैठे बनवाने की सुविधा मिली। शुरू में इस योजना से सिर्फ 40 सेवाओं को ही जोड़ा गया था लेकिन आज इसके तहत दिल्ली की विभिन्न सरकारी दफ्तरों से बनाये जाने वाले 70 सेवाओं को रखा गया है। जिसमें मुख्य रूप से ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, जाति प्रमाणपत्र नए वाटर कनेक्शन आदि शामिल हैं।
पालम निवासी शैलेन्द्र मोहन ने बताया कि इस योजना से समय की बचत हो रही है। उनके अनुसार पहले सरकारी कागजातों को बनवाने के सरकारी दफ्तरों के महीनों चक्कर लगाने पड़ते थे लेकिन आज वे सारे काम सिर्फ एक फोन कॉल से हो जाते हैं ।
वहां मौजूद एक बुजुर्ग ने बताया कि डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी से सबसे ज्यादा फायदा शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम और बुजुर्ग व्यक्तियों को हो रहा है। हम जैसे लोगों के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों की दौड़ लगाना आसान नहीं था। लेकिन डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी जैसी योजनाओं से पता चलता है कि सरकार को हम जैसे लोगों की भी फिक्र है।
कई लोगों ने माना कि इस योजना से भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगी है। उनका कहना था कि दलालों को पैसे दिए बगैर सरकारी दफ्तरों से कागजात बनवाना आसान नहीं था। एक महिला ने तो यहां तक कहा कि सरकारी दफ्तरों में जान बूझकर स्लो काम होते थे ताकि हम दलालों के पास जाएं और वे हमसे मनमाने पैसे वसूल करें। केजरीवाल ने डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की योजना लाकर उन सभी दलालों की दुकान बंद करा दी।
वहां बैठे एक व्यक्ति ने सवाल किया कि आम आदमी पार्टी सिर्फ गरीबों के लिए काम कर रही है इस पर गोपाल राय ने जवाब दिया कि हमारी सरकार सबके लिए काम कर रही है आज हम जिस डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी की बात कर रहें है इससे सबका फायदा होगा, सबके समय, श्रम और पैसे की बचत होगी। साथ ही गोपाल राय ने यह भी बताया कि इस साल के अंत तक डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी में हम 30 और सेवाएं जोड़ने जा रहे हैं।
जन संवाद के दौरान पालम विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 37 मंडल प्रभारियों को नियुक्ति पत्र सौंपे गए। साथ ही बहुत सारे लोगों ने पार्टी की सदस्यता भी ग्रहण की।
Public Praise Kejriwal for Doorstep Delivery Services
‘Jan sanvaad yatra’ being organized Under the leadership of Delhi unit chief Gopal Rai after North West and West Delhi Lok Sabha Constituencies from today started their path towards South Delhi. Today’s discussion in South Delhi happened in Palam constituency. Meeting was attended in large numbers by residents, MLA Bhavna Gaur and other party workers. Today’s Jan Sanvaad was focused on Delhi Governments doorstep delivery services.
Door step Delivery services was launched in December last year. Under the scheme many services which earlier were available at government offices could now be availed at our home just by a simple phone call. Earlier under this scheme only 40services were included but today around 70 services are now included under doorstep delivery services. Under this scheme major services included are driving license, birth certificate, new water connection, Change in RC etc.
Palam resident Shailendra Mohan said that under this scheme precious time of public is getting saved. Earlier taking leave from our own office government offices used to take months to do a simple task which required frequent visits to government offices but now the same work can be done by a simple phone call.
A senior citizen present at Jan Sanvaad said door step delivery is most beneficial for physically disabled and old people like him. He said it is impossible for him to visit government offices again and again but a scheme like door step delivery develops a faith in our heart that government is concerned about there citizens.
Many people proclaimed that this service has helped in curbing corruption. Earlier without giving money to middlemen it was impossible to get a simple work done at government offices. One lady explaining her own ordeal said that Government officers deliberately used to function slowly so that public go to middlemen and they can charge exorbitant amount of money for a simple service. Kejriwal has helped in shutting shops of all middlemen and made people believe a dream of corruption free work at government offices.
One person present at Sanvaad questioned Aam Aadmi Party that it is only working for poor people. On this Gopal Rai answered that Aam Aadmi Government is working for all residents of Delhi irrespective of their class. Any government work has to be done by both rich and poor and scheme like door step delivery helps both rich and poor. Aam Aadmi party values time of rich and poor equally. Gopal Rai also said that till the end of the year 30 more services will be included under door step delivery services.
During the programme 37 mandal incharges of Palam constituency were given their letter of appointment. Along with the same a large section of crowd also took the membership to Aam Aadmi Party.
