अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार के पांच साल में किए गए जनहित के विकास कार्यों का विरोध कर रही भारतीय जनता पार्टी पर आम आदमी पार्टी ने हमला बोला है। पार्टी ने भाजपा से पूछा है कि किस स्वार्थ में वह अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार के जनहित में किये जा रहे विकास कार्यों का विरोध कर रही है। क्या भाजपा नेता दलालों को लाभ पहुंचना चाहते हैं? जबकि आंध्र प्रदेश, उड़ीसा व कर्नाटक की सरकारें अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार के डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना की नकल कर कर रही हैं।
पार्टी मुख्यालय में शनिवार को हुई एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि पिछले 5 साल में दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार ने कई ऐसे कदम उठाए हैं, जिसका लाभ सीधे तौर पर दिल्ली की गरीब और आम जनता को मिल रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि जहां आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली की जनता के हक में लगातार सकारात्मक राजनीति कर रही है, वहीं भारतीय जनता पार्टी पिछले 5 सालों से लगातार नकारात्मक राजनीति कर रही है। दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार ने दिल्ली की जनता के हक में जो भी सकारात्मक कदम उठाए हैं, चाहे वह सीसीटीवी हो, महिलाओं के लिए मुफ्त बस सेवा हो, फ्री वाईफाई हो, बिजली में सब्सिडी हो या मुफ्त पानी हो। सभी का भाजपा ने विरोध किया है। हाल ही में एक अखबार में छपी खबर का हवाला देते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने बताया कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना, जिसके तहत जनता को दर्जनों सेवाएं घर बैठे मुहैया कराई जा रही थी, उसका भी विरोध कर रही है। यह भाजपा की नकारात्मक मानसिकता को दर्शाता है। अखबार में छपे भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष एवं सांसद मनोज तिवारी जी के बयान की प्रति दिखाते हुए एवं उन पर आरोप लगाते हुए राघव ने कहा कि उन्होंने सार्वजनिक तौर पर डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना का विरोध किया और इसे जनता के साथ धोखा बताया।
डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी धोखा है तो क्यों भाजपा पूर्वी नगर निगम में कर रही प्रयोग?
यदि डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना जनता के साथ धोखा है, इतना बड़ा छल है, तो मनोज तिवारी जी बताएं कि क्यों आंध्र प्रदेश, उड़ीसा और कर्नाटका की सरकारें केजरीवाल जी की डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना को पूर्णतया कॉपी करके अपने-अपने राज्यों में लागू कर रही है? मनोज तिवारी जी बताएं कि भाजपा शासित पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम और दक्षिणी दिल्ली नगर निगम केजरीवाल जी की इसी योजना को पूर्णतया कॉपी करके नगर निगम की सुविधाओं को जन-जन तक पहुंचाने के लिए क्यों लागू करने जा रही है? यदि डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना इतना बड़ा छल है, तो क्यों दिल्ली के 16 लाख से भी अधिक लोगों ने फोन के माध्यम से इस सेवा के तहत दिल्ली सरकार से संपर्क साधा? ऐसा कैसे हुआ की 95 प्रतिशत सफलता दिल्ली सरकार ने डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना में प्राप्त की?
डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी ने खत्म कर दी दलाली
राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि पहले किसी भी व्यक्ति को जन्म एवं मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, या जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने के लिए डीएम और एसडीएम के दफ्तरों के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे। सचिवालय में चप्पल घिसनी पड़ती थीं। दलालों को रिश्वत देकर अपना काम करवाना पड़ता था। आज अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ने अपने एक बाण से उस भ्रष्टाचार एवं दलाल रूपी भ्रष्टाचारियों का खात्मा कर दिया। परंतु आज अरविंद केजरीवाल जी द्वारा शुरू की गई डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना के तहत यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को सरकार द्वारा जारी की गई 100 कार्यों की सूची में से कोई भी सेवा चाहिए, तो मात्र एक फोन करना है और दिल्ली सरकार का अधिकारी आपके बताए हुए समय पर और आपके बताए हुए पते पर आकर आपको वह सेवा प्रदान करेगा।
राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि यह समझ के बिलकुल परे है कि क्यों मनोज तिवारी जी इस योजना को धोखा कह रहे हैं। क्या वह इसलिए इस योजना को धोखा कह रहे हैं क्योंकि डीएम और एसडीएम के दफ्तरों में जो लोग दलाली करते थे, उनकी दुकानें बंद हो गई? क्या इसका दर्द मनोज तिवारी जी को सता रहा है? क्या मनोज तिवारी जी इसे धोखा इसलिए कह रहे हैं, कि उनके कुछ करीबी लोग इससे लाभ लेते थे उन सभी का लाभ बंद हो गया है? भारतीय जनता पार्टी स्पष्ट करें कि क्यों वह डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी को धोखा बता रहे हैं? क्यों मनोज तिवारी जी कह रहे हैं कि इसमें जनहित नहीं है? कहीं इसके पीछे भाजपा का दलाल हित तो नहीं छुपा हुआ?
डोर स्टेप डिलीवरी योजना के तहत चल रहे कॉल सेंटर को बंद कर देने के मनोज तिवारी जी के बयान पर पलटवार करते हुए राघव चड्ढा ने कहा कि यदि कॉल सेंटर ठीक प्रकार से नहीं चल रहा होता तो पिछले 1 साल में दिल्ली सरकार को 16 लाख लोग फोन कॉल नही करते और न ही दिल्ली सरकार 2.8 लाख लोगों को सेवा प्रदान कर पाती। राघव ने कहा कि यह आंकड़ा भाजपा सांसद मनोज तिवारी जी द्वारा लगाए गए सभी बेबुनियाद आरोपों का एकमात्र जवाब है।

The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday lashed out at the Bharatiya Janata Party for opposing the Doorstep Delivery of Services scheme of the Delhi Government. The AAP questioned the intent of opposing the scheme by Delhi BJP Chief and MP Mr Manoj Tiwari and the AAP also asked the BJP to clarify the reasons behind opposing such a successful welfare scheme. Lastly, the AAP pointed out that many states like Odisha, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh have also implemented the Doorstep Delivery of Services Scheme following the Delhi government, and only Mr Manoj Tiwari is opposing it.
“The trend of BJP’s pessimistic and anti-people politics continues in Delhi. In the last five years, the BJP has opposed every public welfare scheme of the Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi government. Starting from the installation of CCTV cameras to free Wifi to Mohalla Clinics, free bus ride for women, free electricity till 200 units and free water, the BJP has opposed every single scheme. Yesterday, in a media interview Delhi BJP chief and MP, Mr Manoj Tiwari has opposed the Doorstep Delivery of Services scheme of the Delhi government as well,” said National Spokesperson of AAP, Mr Raghav Chadha.
If doorstep delivery scheme is fraudulent then why are the BJP-run MCDs trying to implement the same?
In the media interview, Mr Tiwari has claimed that the said scheme of the AAP government is fraudulent in nature. “I want to know from Mr Tiwari that if the Delhi govt is doing fraud with people through the Doorstep Delivery scheme then why did the Odisha, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh governments follow in the footsteps of Kejriwal government?” said Mr Chadha. He also pointed out that the BJP-run East Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation are all set to implement the same scheme. “If this scheme is fraudulent then why did more than 16 lakh people contacted the Delhi government to take the benefit of this scheme and how has the Delhi govt has achieved 95% success in providing the Doorstep Delivery of Services to the citizens,” said Mr Chadha.
Doorstep delivery scheme has finished the tout culture in Delhi
He explained that earlier people used to give bribes to agents and used to visit DM or SDM office several times to get a death certificate or income certificate but after the launch of the Doorstep Delivery of Services scheme the corruption has gone down drastically and the services have become affordable to all.
“It is beyond any reasonable understanding that why Mr Tiwari is opposing such a welfare scheme. Is he opposing this scheme because the touts and agents who earlier used to take bribes for the services have now lost their corrupt jobs? The BJP must clarify the reasons for opposing and finishing such a welfare scheme and clarify that do they want people to not get benefits of welfare schemes?” said Mr Chadha.
Reacting to Mr Tiwari’s statement regarding non-functionality of the call centre running under the scheme, Mr Chadha said that if the call centre was not functional, then how did the Delhi govt receive 16 lakh phone calls. “The Delhi government has not only received 16 lakh phone calls but also served 2.8 lakh people under this scheme in only one year and these numbers are the answers to such baseless statements made by the BJP,” he said.
