अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले 40 लाख लोगों को भाजपा ने भी कांग्रेस की भांति ठगा है। लोगों को उम्मीद थी कि आज रजिस्ट्री मिलेगी, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने आज अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों के साथ गद्दारी की है। यह कहना है दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया का।
पार्टी मुख्यालय में हुई एक प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि आज दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में भाजपा द्वारा एक रैली का आयोजन किया गया। भाजपा के तमाम सांसद, विधायक, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष से लेकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी तक रैली में शामिल हुए। सभी ने रैली में बड़े-बड़े भाषण दिए। यह रैली दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने के बिल पास होने के उपलक्ष में भाजपा द्वारा आयोजित की गई थी। बड़े ही आश्चर्य की बात है कि पिछले कई हफ्तों से जो भारतीय जनता पार्टी अनाधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले कम से कम 100 लोगों को मकान की पक्की रजिस्ट्री देने की बात लगातार कर रही थी, आज रामलीला मैदान में हजारों लोग यही देखने के लिए एकत्रित हुए, कि अनधिकृत कालोनियों के मकान की पक्की रजिस्ट्री कैसी होगी, परंतु बड़ी ही निराशा के साथ सभी को घर लौटना पड़ा। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने मंच से भाषण तो दिया परंतु किसी एक व्यक्ति को भी अपने मकान की पक्की रजिस्ट्री नहीं दी गई।
कांग्रेस की तरह भाजपा ने भी ठगा – मनीष सिसोदिया
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि पूर्व में कांग्रेस भी इसी प्रकार से दिल्ली की जनता के साथ धोखा करती थी। कांग्रेस ने भी चुनाव से पहले दिल्ली की जनता को प्रोविजनल सर्टिफिकेट बांटा, परंतु चुनाव के बाद अपना वादा भूल गई और किसी को पक्की रजिस्ट्री नहीं दी। उसी प्रकार भाजपा ने भी यह रैली यह कहकर आयोजित की थी कि कच्ची कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने के उपलक्ष में यह रैली आयोजित की जा रही है। परंतु किसी एक व्यक्ति को भी उसके मकान का मालिकाना हक नहीं दिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले 40 लाख लोगों को भाजपा ने भी कांग्रेस की भांति ठगा है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने आज अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों के साथ गद्दारी की है।
भाजपा ने कहा, अभी रजिस्ट्री नहीं दे सकते – मनीष सिसोदिया
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा हमेशा की तरह आज रामलीला मैदान से भी भाजपा की ओर से एक शगुफा छोड़ा गया। भाजपा ने कहा अभी रजिस्ट्री नहीं दी जा सकती। मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि मैं दिल्ली की अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाली तमाम जनता को बता देना चाहता हूं कि भाजपा कांग्रेस की भांति केवल अनधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों की भावनाओं के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा की एकमात्र अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ही ऐसे व्यक्ति हैं जिन्होंने अनाधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों के दर्द को समझा, उनके बारे में सोचा और पिछले 5 साल में दिल्ली की सभी अनाधिकृत कालोनियों में विकास के वो सभी कार्य जैसे सड़के बनवाना, नालियां बनवाना, घर-घर तक पानी पहुंचाना, 24 घंटे बिजली उपलब्ध करवाना, मोहल्ला क्लीनिक बनवाना आदि जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जो पिछले 70 सालों में किसी भी पार्टी ने नहीं किया। उन्होंने अनाधिकृत कालोनियों में रहने वाले 40 लाख लोगों को भरोसा दिलाया कि आप सब के मकानों की पक्की रजिस्ट्री भी अरविंद केजरीवाल जी ही दिलाएंगे।

मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अपने डेढ़ घंटे के भाषण में तथा भाजपा के अन्य नेताओं द्वारा दिए गए भाषण से एक बात साबित हो गई है कि ना तो भाजपा को दिल्ली की जनता की समस्याओं के बारे में कुछ पता है और ना ही भाजपा के पास कोई खाका है कि किस प्रकार से वह दिल्ली का विकास करेगी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा दिए गए भाषण पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि यह खुशी की बात है कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अपने भाषण में स्वीकार किया है, कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण घटा। बसों की संख्या पर उठाए गए सवाल पर जवाब देते हुए मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि लगातार हर महीने सैकड़ों नई बसें दिल्ली की सड़कों पर उतारी जा रही हैं और अगले 6-8 महीनों में दिल्ली की सड़कों पर हजारों नई बसें दौड़ती नजर आएंगी। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा पानी पर उठाए गए प्रश्न के जवाब में मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि हमें खुशी है कि प्रधानमंत्री जी को दिल्ली की जनता की फिक्र तो हुई। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार बनने से पहले मात्र दिल्ली की 53% कालोनियों में पाइप लाइन के द्वारा पानी पहुंचता था, परंतु पिछले 5 साल में दिल्ली सरकार के अथक प्रयासों से आज दिल्ली की 93% कालोनियों में पाइप लाइन के जरिए पीने का मीठा पानी भेजा जा रहा है।
मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि बड़े ही आश्चर्य की बात है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी से लेकर तमाम भाजपा के नेताओं के भाषणों में दिल्ली शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं थी, दिल्ली की स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं थी, दिल्ली में लगाए गए सीसीटीवी कैमरा पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं थी, 24 घंटे बिजली की उपलब्धता पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं थी, अर्थव्यवस्था के बारे में कोई टिप्पणी नहीं थी। इन सभी बातों पर भाजपा के किसी भी नेता की ओर से कोई टिप्पणी नहीं आना इस बात को साबित करता है कि दिल्ली में काम काज अच्छा चल रहा है। आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने भी मान लिया है कि अच्छे बीते 5 साल, लगे रहो केजरीवाल।

Just like Congress, the BJP has cheated 40 lakh people living in unauthorized colonies of Delhi. People were waiting with the hope that they would get registry today, but nothing happened. Today, BJP has betrayed the faith of people living in unauthorized colonies”, said Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
Addressing a press conference held at the party headquarters, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia gave his reactions to today’s rally organized by BJP at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi. All BJP MPs, MLAs, and senior leaders from State president to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi attended the rally. Everyone made big speeches at the rally. The rally was organized by the BJP to mark the passing of the bill to ensure the regularization of unauthorized colonies in Delhi. It is very surprising that for the past several weeks, leaders of the BJP had been continuously talking about giving permanent registry to at least 100 people living in unauthorized colonies at today’s rally. Today thousands of people gathered at Ramlila Maidan to see the same but everyone had to return home with huge disappointment. Hon’ble Prime Minister also gave a speech from the stage but not a single person was given a permanent registry for his or her property in the unauthorized colonies.

Shri Manish Sisodia said that in the past Congress used to cheat the people of Delhi in a similar manner. The Congress also distributed the provisional certificates to the people living in the unauthorized colonies in Delhi before the elections, but forgot their promise afterward and did not give the permanent registry to anyone. Similarly, BJP also organized this rally, claiming that this rally is being organized to strengthen the people living in the unauthorized colonies. But not a single person was given ownership rights of his/her properties. He further said that BJP has cheated 40 lakh people living in unauthorized colonies like Congress. BJP has agreed, it can’t give registry right now – Manish Sisodia
Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said that as usual, an empty promise was let out by the BJP from Ramlila Maidan today. BJP said that the registry cannot be given right now. “I want to tell all the people that BJP, just like Congress, is only playing with the feelings of the people living in unauthorized colonies in Delhi”, said the Deputy CM. He said that Arvind Kejriwal is the only person who understood the pain of people living in unauthorized colonies, thought about them and in the last 5 years carried out unprecedented development works in all unauthorized colonies in Delhi such as roads, drains, sewer lines and water connections to every household, provided 24-hour electricity, built mohalla clinics, etc. which no government or party in the last 70 years did. He also assured 40 lakh people living in unauthorized colonies that Arvind Kejriwal will also provide permanent registry to their properties and help them to get their dues.

Shri Manish Sisodia said that one thing was evident in Hon’ble Prime Minister’s one and a half-hour speech and the speeches given by other BJP leaders that neither BJP knows anything about the problems of the people of Delhi nor does the BJP have a blueprint for how it will develop Delhi.
Reacting to the speech given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Shri Manish Sisodia said that it is heartening that Prime Minister has accepted in his speech that pollution in Delhi has reduced. Replying to the question raised on the number of buses, Mr Sisodia said that every month hundreds of new buses are being added to the fleet of buses in Delhi and thousands of new buses will be seen running on the streets of Delhi in the next 6-8 months.
In response to the question raised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on water, Shri Manish Sisodia said that we are happy that Prime Minister is concerned about the people of Delhi. He told that before the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi, only 53% of the colonies of Delhi used to get water through pipelines, but in the last 5 years due to the tireless efforts of the Kejriwal government, today 93% of the colonies in Delhi have been give piped water connections and clean drinking water has reached across the city.
Shri Manish Sisodia said that while it was surprising that speeches from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to all BJP leaders had no comments on Delhi’s education system, no comment on Delhi’s health system, and on CCTV cameras installed across Delhi. There was no comment on 24-hour power availability, or any comment on Delhi’s economy. No comment from any of the BJP leaders on all these things proves that the work is going well in Delhi. Today, Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji has also agreed that “अच्छे बीते 5 साल लगे रहो केजरीवाल”।
