भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सांसदों की कच्ची कॉलोनियों के मुद्दे पर प्रेस कांफ्रेंस पर आम आदमी पार्टी की प्रतिक्रिया
भारतीय जनता पार्टी के दिल्ली के सभी सांसदों ने आज कच्ची कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने के मामले पर राजनीतिक लाभ लेने के लिए एक प्रेस कांफ्रेंस आयोजित की। आम आदमी पार्टी का मानना है कि भाजपा इस मामले पर सारा क्रेडिट ले ले। दिल्ली की जनता की ओर से आम आदमी पार्टी, भाजपा से कहना चाहती है कि आप क्रेडिट ले लीजिए। इसमें कोई समस्या नहीं है। आम आदमी पार्टी, भाजपा से अपील करती है कि नवंबर, 2015 के दिल्ली कैबिनेट के कच्ची कॉलोनियों को पक्का करने के फैसले को केंद्र सरकार से जल्दी से जल्दी मंजूरी दिलवा दे। साथ ही, पिछले महीने केंद्रीय शहरी विकास मंत्रालय के ड्रॉफ्ट कैबिनेट नोट पर दिल्ली सरकार की सिफारिशों को शीघ्र मंजूर किया जाए ताकि दिल्ली सरकार कच्ची कॉलोनियों में रजिस्ट्री का काम तुरंत शुरू कर सके।
आम आदमी पार्टी का मानना है कि ये समय आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का नहीं है और लगभग सात दशकों से कच्ची कॉलोनियों में अमानवीय ढंग से जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे लोगों को गरिमापूर्ण तरीके से जीवन देने के लिए इस कॉलोनियों का पक्का किया जाना बेहद जरूरी है। फरवरी, 2015 में कार्यभार संभालने के बाद से दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार ने कच्ची कॉलोनियों में मूलभूत सुविधाओं जैसे, सड़क, नालियां, पानी, सीवर लाइन, पानी की पाइप लाइन को पहुंचाने का काम युद्ध स्तर छेड़ा हुआ है। दिल्ली सरकार ने ये भी सुनिश्चित किया है कि कच्ची कॉलोनियों में मूलभूत सुविधाएं प्रदान के करने काम में पैसे की कमी को आड़े नहीं आने दिया जाएगा।
Statement of Aam Aadmi Party on the press conference by Delhi BJP MPs on the issue of unauthorised colonies :
The BJP today held a press conference to claim credit for the long pending issue of regularisation of unauthorised colonies.
The Aam Aadmi Party has no problem in BJP claiming credit for this important issue, and on behlf of the people of Delhi the AAP wants to tell the BJP that please take all the credit.
The AAP appeals to the BJP’s central government that it should immediately approve the decision taken by the Delhi Cabinet in November 2015 for the regularisation of the unauthorised colonies, and the recommendations sent by the Delhi government last month on the draft cabinet note of the Union Urban Development Ministry.
This will enable the Delhi government to immediately begin process of registering the properties in the names of those owning properties in these colonies.
AAP is of the clear view that this is not the time for indulgence in any blame game and all efforts of all concerned governments should be to ensure that unauthorised colonies are finally regularised, an issue which has been pending since more than seven decades and which has forced residents of these colonies to live in inhuman conditions.
The AAP’s Delhi government has ensured that the work of providing basic amenities in these colonies is going on a war footing and it has been unambiguously stated that there will be no shortage of funds in completing this work.
Uneven development of Delhi has been a result of poor planning over the decades and AAP is of the clear view that every resident in Delhi has a right to lead the life with dignity.
