ऑड इवन का दूसरा दिन काफ़ी सफल रहा और एयर क़्वालिटी इंडेक्स भी कल से बेहतर हुआ है: मनीष सिसोदिया
वकीलों और पुलिस की झड़प को समय रहते रोक लेना चाहिए था, हम चाहते हैं कि किसी भी तरह की हिंसा न हो और इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान हो : मनीष सिसोदिया
आज दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री श्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने प्रदूषण के हालत पर ताज़ा जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि, आज दूसरा दिन भी ऑड इवन का बहुत सफल रहा है। आज के AQI में कल से भी ज्यादा इम्प्रूवमेंट हुआ है। तीन बजे के लेटेस्ट डेटा के अनुसार पी एम 2.5 , 58 रहा जो काफी अच्छी क़्वालिटी है साथ ही पी एम 10 भी 139 रहा जो कल से काफी बेहतर स्थिति है। उन्होंने कहा कि इन आंकड़ों से ये तो पता चल रहा है कि दिल्ली पर जो धुंए का संकट था वो लगभग खत्म हो चुका है फिर भी हमारे पर्यावरण विभाग के वैज्ञानिक सभी तरह के हालातों पर नज़र बनाए हुए है।
इसी क्रम में उन्होंने कहा की, ” मुझे लगता है कि कल के माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आर्डर के बाद हरियाणा और पंजाब में पराली जलनाए की घटनाओं में कमी आई होगी, और हम उम्मीद करते है कि अब नया धुंआ नही आएगा।”
ऑड इवन के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए हुए मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि पूरी दिल्ली बहुत अच्छे से इस नियम का पालन कर रही है।
कल हमने सख्ती नही करते हुए और ज्यादातर लोगों के चालान नही काटते हुए समझाया था कि ऑड इवन का पालन करे उसके बाद कुल 192 चालान कटे थे, आज हमने चालान की संख्या बढ़ाई है जो दोपहर तक 384 चालान कटे है।
साथ ही उपमुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि लोग ट्राफिक को लेकर बहुत खुश है। सड़को पर जो गाड़ियों की कमी आयी है उसकी वजह से लोगो को एक से दूसरी जगह पहुचने में समय आधा रह गया है। इस कारण भी वाहनों से होने वाले प्रदूषण में कमी आयी है।
दिल्ली में वकीलों और पुलिस के बीच चल रही तनातनी पर पत्रकारों का जवाब देते हुए सिसोदिया ने कहा कि ये स्थिति अप्रत्याशित है, एक तरफ वकील जो जनता को न्याय दिलाने का काम करते है और दूसरी तरफ पुलिस है जो जनता की सुरक्षा करती है दोनों आम आदमी के इर्दगिर्द खड़े हुए वो लोग है जिन पर आम आदमी भरोसा करता है और जब इन दोनों के बीच कोई समस्या होती है तो इस पर समय रहते उपाय कर लेने चाहिए और हम चाहते है कि इसका तुरंत समाधान निकले और किसी भी तरह की हिंसा ना हो।

Second Day of Odd-Even has been a success, people are cooperating. : Dy CM Manish Sisodia

New Delhi: Addressing a press conference in the Delhi Secretariat on Tuesday, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia told the media that the AQI levels in the state have improved significantly and the second day implementation of the third Odd-Even drive has been a success.
He also slammed the opposition for their remarks on AAP MLAs and for politicising the issue of stubble burning.
Dy CM Manish Sisodia said, “The second day of the Odd-Even scheme has been a successful one. The AQI has also improved significantly since yesterday. Today’s 3 PM data tells that PM 2.5 AQI was 58, the PM 10 AQI has been recorded at 139. The quality of air has improved drastically. The smoke over the capital has also been reducing day by day.”
He said that the environment experts of the Delhi government are also in constant contact with the MET officials to have consistent information about weather conditions of the capital.
“I believe that the states of Haryana and Punjab have also reduced stubble burning after the Supreme Court verdict yesterday. The people of Delhi are following the Odd-Even scheme in a restricted manner. The number of challans issued today have increased. People were laid off with a warning since it was the first day of the Odd-Even implementation. 384 challans have been issued till afternoon today,” he added.
He said that the implementation of the Odd-Even scheme has also solved the problem of traffic congestion on the roads, and the on-road cars are taking less time to travel from one destination to another thereby reducing pollution in the national capital.
On the issue of complaints obtained from various locations regarding private buses plying on the roads, Dy CM Manish Sisodia said that if any specific complaints are received by the departments, stringent actions will be taken against those found guilty.
Slamming the remarks made by BJP leader Vijay Goel on AAP Punjab MLAs, Dy CM Manish Sisodia said that the BJP should know the real cause and then claim anything to the media. “SAFAR itself has said that the pollution in Delhi comprises of 46% smoke from stubble burning in the neighbouring states. What is the basis of their claim?” said Dy CM Manish Sisodia.
On the conflict between the police and the lawyers on the Tis Hazari issue, Dy CM said, “The whole situation is very unfortunate. Lawyers provide justice to the people and police provide security to the people. The conflict between them should have been resolved way back. We want the violence to end and a solution should be devised to end the issue.”
