दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री और शिक्षा मंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने सर्वोदय कन्या विद्यालय, गाजीपुर का दौरा किया। वह एंटरप्रेन्योर इंटरेक्शन के तहत सफल उद्यमी और बच्चों के बीच बातचीत सत्र के लिए पहुंचे थें। छात्रों के साथ इंटरेक्टिव सत्र को उद्यमी शशांक कुमार ने संबोधित किया। वह स्व-निर्मित उद्यमी हैं, उन्होंने अपना करियर 800 रुपये मासिक वेतन के साथ शुरू किया था और हर महीने 1.5 लाख रुपये कमाने वाले सफल उद्यमी बने। उन्होंने लगभग 200 लोगों को सीधे रोजगार दिया है।
भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था की वर्तमान स्थिति के बारे में बात करते हुए मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा, “हमें हमेशा सिखाया गया है कि दुनिया में तीन प्रकार के देश हैं- अविकसित, विकासशील और विकसित देश। पिछले कुछ दशकों से भारत एक विकासशील देश बना हुआ है। समस्या लोगों की मानसिकता और शिक्षा प्रणाली में है जो नौकरी चाहने वालों को देने पर केंद्रित है। एक डॉक्टर से पीएचडी धारक के लिए वकील से शुरू होने वाला हर कोई नौकरी की तलाश में है। इसे बदलने की जरूरत है, हमारे छात्रों में मानसिकता पैदा करने वाली नौकरी देने की भी जरूरत है। उन्हें दोनों विकल्पों की खोज करनी चाहिए।
हमारे देश के सर्वश्रेष्ठ दिमाग विदेशी कंपनियों के लिए काम करने और उनके लिए अत्यधिक उन्नत सॉफ्टवेयर विकसित करने के लिए विदेश जा रहे हैं। इन सफल कार्यक्रमों के पीछे दिमाग भारतीय है, लेकिन यह लाभ विदेशी कंपनियों की जेब में चला जाता है। शिक्षा मंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि उनकी जीडीपी बढ़ती है और उनकी अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत होती है, क्योंकि ये देश उद्यमशील मानसिकता वाले रोजगार प्रदाता पैदा कर रहे हैं।
उन्होंने इंटरप्रिन्योरशिप माइंडसेट करिकुलम पाठ्यक्रम के लिए इस वर्ष की शुरुआत में कक्षा 9 से 12 वीं के छात्रों के लिए पहल की प्रशंसा की, जो अब उनके आत्मविश्वास के स्तर को बड़ा बढ़ावा दे रहा है। छात्र अंततः एक उद्यमी मानसिकता विकसित करने के महत्व को सीख रहे हैं, और उनके पास अब चुनने के लिए दोनों विकल्प हैं। वह या तो एक वेतनभोगी पेशे की तलाश करें या अपना खुद का व्यवसाय उद्यम शुरू करने की राह पर चलें। मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि आप जहां भी जाते हैं, या जो कुछ भी करते हैं, उद्यमी मानसिकता के लिए बहुत आवश्यक है। मुझे यह देखकर खुशी हुई कि EMC कक्षाओं ने छात्रों के आत्मविश्वास को बहाल किया है और उन्हें 1000 रुपये के बीज के पैसे से संबंधित दिलचस्प विचारों के साथ आने में मदद की है, जो दिल्ली सरकार कक्षा 11 वीं और 12 वीं के प्रत्येक छात्र को प्रदान कर रही है।
उन्होंने छात्रों को नवीन विचारों के साथ आने के लिए कहा, उन्हें अपनी कक्षा के सामने पेश किया, अपने साथियों को उन्हें ग्रिल करने की अनुमति दी और फिर अपने उद्यम के साथ शुरू किया और लाभ कमाया। मनीष सिसोदिया ने भी छात्रों को याद दिलाया, “उद्यमशीलता पूँजी पर निर्भर नहीं है बल्कि सही मानसिकता पर निर्भर है।”
उद्यमी शशांक के साथ अपने इंटरैक्टिव सत्र के दौरान, छात्रों ने उनसे एक सफल उद्यमी बनने के बारे में पूछा। “आपको अपने लिए लक्ष्य निर्धारित करना होगा। ऐसे लोगों की तलाश करें, जो आपका समर्थन करें और अपना खुद का रोल मॉडल बनने का प्रयास करें। अद्वितीय गुणों के साथ अपनी स्ट्रीम का मिलान करना आपके लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। आपको उद्यमी के काम को सीखना होगा और फिर एक के रूप में काम करना शुरू करना होगा। खुद पर विश्वास रखें। शशांक ने कहा कि न्यूनतम निवेश से अधिकतम उत्पादन हमारा लक्ष्य होना चाहिए।

Entrepreneurship depends on mindset more than capital: Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia
Dy CM Shri Manish Sisodia visits Delhi Gov. school for Entrepreneur Interaction
: Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister of Delhi, Shri Manish Sisodia visited Delhi Governemtn’s Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Gazipur today to join an interaction of children with a successful entrepreneur. This was part of Delhi Government’s flagship Entrepreneurship Mindset curriculum.
The interactive session was conducted by Shri Shashank Srivastava, a self-made entrepreneur who started his career with a monthly salary of Rs 800 and rose to become a successful entrepreneur taking home a whopping Rs 1.5 lakh every month. He has employed around 200 people directly.
Talking about the present condition of the Indian economy, Shri Manish Sisodia said, “We have always been taught that there are three types of countries in the world- underdeveloped, developing and developed countries. India has remained a developing country since the past few decades. The problem lies in the mindset of the people and the education system that is focussed on delivering job seekers. Everyone starting from a lawyer to a doctor to a PhD holder is looking for a job. This needs to change, there is a need to also instill job creating mindsets in our students. They should be exploring both the options.”
“The best brains of our country are going abroad to work for foreign companies and develop highly advanced software for them. The mind behind these successful programs is Indian, but the profit goes into the pockets of the foreign companies. Their GDP increases and their economy strengthens, as these countries are producing job-providers with an entrepreneurial mindset instilled in them,” said Education Minister, Shri Manish Sisodia.
Hailing the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum launched earlier this year , Shri Manish Sisodia said, “Students are finally learning the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset, and they now have both the options to choose from, either seek a salaried profession or take on the path of starting a business venture of their own. I am also happy to see that the EMC classes have restored the confidence of students and helped them come up with interesting ideas related to the seed money of Rs 1000 that the Delhi Govt is providing to every student of Class 11th and 12th.”
Dy CM Shri Sisodia asked the students to come up with innovative ideas, present them before their class, allow their peers to grill them and then start with their venture and earn a profit. Shri Manish Sisodia also reminded the students, “Entrepreneurship is not dependent on capital but on the right mindset.”
During their interactive session with the entrepreneur, Shri Shashank Srivastava, students asked him about how to become a successful entrepreneur. “You have to set targets for yourself. Look for people who would support you and strive to become your own role model. Matching your stream with unique qualities that you possess is very important. You have to learn the work of the entrepreneur and then start working as one. Have faith in yourself. Maximum output from minimum investment should be our ultimate goal,” added Shri Shashank Srivastava.
